The 109 Times

​In the fall of 2004, the kingdom published its first edition of the 109 Times. The Times started as a humble 2-page newspaper. Over the years, The 109 Times has recruited talented writers and editors from all over the world.  Later developments in the content include Skill Drill Standings, Ask Arvid, and Recipe Corner.

The Birth of the 109 Awards

In June 2005, Mr. Huang initiated the end-of--year 109 Awards.  In the first awards ceremony, Mr. Huang gave out four awards each period:
